“The power went out at our mother's home late at night. I contacted Quest first thing in the morning and their electrican,Travis, responded within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and contacted APS (as they had to remove the meter) to disconnect the power so Travis could safely replace the damaged wires in the breaker box. Once APS removed the meter, Travis accomplished the repairs and restored power to the home. Including multiple trips to the house as well as parts and labor for the repair, the bill was less then $100.
